Mission to Queensland (MTQ) now offers a free coaching process for all leaders of MTQ churches including Launch and P1 churches.
The coaching panel has been trained by Christian Coaching Institute and have been chosen, trained and appointed with the intention of securing a positive support structure around each church planter.
The coaches on the panel are committed to assisting you with what you do and also with who you are. They are ideally suited to help you discern what Jesus is saying to you in both these important areas of your life. MTQ coaches will help you take responsibility for what you need to do and then keep you accountable for that process.
There is great value in this for all MTQ church planters. The coaching panel has five coaches in it and they are committed to providing MTQ church planters a free coaching service for the first three years of the operation of the MTQ Coaching Panel.
