Conference Registration Guide

As we navigate this transition to hosting the conference at Sea World, we have included here some explanatory information to guide you in the registration process.
Delegate Registration

Registration for the 2-day Conference and Business Day is via Brushfire, QB’s event portal.

  • Conference Attendee fee for adults is a total of $200 which includes morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, keynote and elective sessions, venue hire, AV and other running costs.
  • Business Day attendance is $25 per delegate. QB has heavily subsidised Business Day and this fee is a contribution toward the costs being charged by Sea World for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
  • Celebration Dinner on 28 March is $55 per adult, which will be a fun packed family friendly evening. This is also heavily subsidised by QB.

Accommodation at Sea World Resort

Sea World Resort has offered QB highly discounted room rates for TRANSFORM Conference attendees.

  • The special rate starting at $234 per room per night comes with 2 double beds for maximum occupancy of 5 guests. Room rate may increase slightly depending on children’s ages. (NB: Children over 13 will need to be added as adults for room booking).
  • QB will cover the cost of breakfast vouchers during the conference for attendees who book accommodation through Sea World.

Sea World Theme Park Access

  • Children’s programme during the conference will include access into the Sea World theme park. This is for children aged 8 to 17 years only.
  • For Adults, as we are offering full day programming for the conference days and business day, we have not included Sea World access as an option (theme park closes at 5pm).
  • If you are choosing to stay extra days before or after the event, please feel free to contact Sea World directly when making accommodation booking to arrange your access to the theme park.
