What is BapShare?

BapShare is an amount agreed upon at Annual Assembly for churches to contribute to the Queensland Baptist Services Group (QBSG), so we can continue to provide ministries to all Queensland Baptists Pastors, members and churches. We do not invoice churches, but rely on churches to include BapShare in their budgets.

The Queensland Baptists Services Group (QBSG) is set apart by Queensland Baptists to function on behalf to churches and to manage all resources entrusted to them. They remain answerable and accountable to churches through Assembly and the Board as servants of the churches.

What are the Guidelines for BapShare Contributions?

At the General Assembly on 7 April 2022, Assembly delegates adopted the new QB Members Agreement whereby signatory churches agree to support the mission and ministry of the QB Movement financially by planning to give at least 2.75% of church offerings.
