Pieter is currently Senior Pastor at Toowoomba Community Baptist Church. Pieter consults on organisational health, leadership development/ health/effectiveness, coaching, training, strategising, vision formulation and implementation, conflict mediation and resolution, human resource sourcing and placements, and other general organisational/business management functions.
Pieter has prior history of employment as a Regional Consultant for Queensland Baptists, Regional Business Manager for a retail banking organisation, and previous experience as a part-time lecturer at a private business management training college lecturing on leadership, management, and marketing.
